			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Saber o que os clientes pensam de nosso trabalho é sempre importante para nós, pois nos ajuda a tentar melhorar onde falhamos e a saber onde estamos bem.</p>
<p>Também ajuda aos clientes em potencial, saber a avaliação que os nossos atuais clientes fazem de nós. Por isto, inauguro aqui a série Depoimento do Cliente, com depoimentos de clientes e parceiros.</p>
<p>O primeiro a tecer sua opinião sobre nosso trabalho é o Henry Maia da Mineral Tiles, de Miami, EUA.</p>
<blockquote><p>When we first decided build our website, we thought about hire someone or a firm based on United States. However the complexity of an ecommerce search engine friendly website well designed, led us to realize that we needed more than a firm or a tech guy. We did need someone who would work as a partner that could embrace the project just as we did.</p>
<p>As we were new in the web universe, we had to study, to understand, and to correct every single path of this journey, and we are still doing now days.</p>
<p>Today our website is generating sales, spreading our brand all over the world, and is being used as a reference to anyone who wants to understand the tile industry. That is being possible only because we found the right partner. We call ID Comunicação “partner” – even not being one, technically speaking – because they act as they were one of us.</p>
<p>It is amazing how we feel them closer than our neighbor even being 8 hours flight far away from us.</p>
